To big to fast!

So our little girl is just growing up way to fast. With in a week I had to deal with her getting her first TWO teeth and then she decides to start sitting up by her self. How do I stop this, she is my baby and I want her to stay a my baby for a long long time. Mckaela is such a big help, she loves to carry Addison around, sit with her and just play with her. What a good big sister she is!
Brendan had his first field trip today. We went to the all exciting Macey's grocery store. Which we have been a million times, but this time it was different. They got the whole tour and even a cookie at the end. They all had fun! This is his teacher Miss Linda. He just loves her to death!
They were all so interested in the bakery, or maybe they are just staring at all those yummy dounuts! I know I was!

Daddy Daughter Date.

Mckaela had her first date on Saturday.... with her daddy! Copper Hills High school put on a Daddy Daughter Dance for a fundraiser they were doing. It was for little girls from the ages 3-12 and Ryan said their were a lot of people. Who wouldn't want a fun date night with your dad? They went with several other "couples" and danced the night away! It was semi-formal, so they both got dressed up and off they went. She was really excited to go with her dad. She gets her moves from her mother!

The theme was "High School Musical"
After they all went out for ice cream. What a fun night and a great memory.

For Valentines we gave the kids a gift certificate for build a bear, Kaitlin and Kolby went too. They sure had a lot of fun. To bad they cost so dang much! We will just not eat for the next two weeks! (Kolby was so excited about having his picture taken!)
I was not feeling very good this weekend, so Mckaela thought she would cheer me up. She dressed up in my jewelry and hat and put on a little show. Such a little diva!
Brendan did his part too! And for the big news..... Are little drooler has cute her first tooth. Such a big girl! Can I just say that I would have never guessed by how she has been acting, never cried, fussed or fever. Just lots and lots of drool.

Happy Valentines!!!

Can I just say NO MORE SNOW!!! The kids were up at the crack of dawn to get ready for the festivities at school. We had breakfast, watched a cartoon, played games, read books, showered (really we were up early)and as I am doing Mckaela's hair, I get a call saying Brendan's school has been canceled and Mckaela school will be two hours delayed. (she only goes for three hours) Needless to say they were both very disappointed! But we made the most of the day. Made and decorated cookies, played in the snow, (ryan went out and snowblowed the whole neighborhood). So hopefully it was still a fun day for them. They will get to have their parties tomorrow. Mckaela and Addison kindof had matching shirts for Valentines.
So the kids and I made a special dinner for Daddy. They had fun decorating the table... Mckaela did the plates all by her self. Daddy loved it all!!!
We have had a really fun day despite the bad weather.

such a JOY!!!

Our little piece of joy. Addison has been such a fun addition to this family and we are so blessed to have her. She has been such a perfect little girl. She sleeps really well - only gets a little fussy when she is hungry or tired but for most of the time she has a big smile on her face. We love you Addison. This picture she was so peaceful so I just had to take a picture. The moment the flash went off... she was awake with a big grin.

She also rolled over from her stomach to her back for the first time. It's the beginning of all the firsts.....
