Palmyra...
I finally made back safe and sound after, four missed flights, five airplanes, three delays, one over nigth without are laugged, and four smiling faces to greet me at the airport, the ten of us made it home on standby! But putting that behind us, this was such an amazing experience and I was so glad to have shared it with my mom, my in-laws, four sisters-in-laws, and two brothers-in-laws, we were a big group. We decided to go because we all wanted to see the Palmyra Pageant. So we made a fun little vacation out of the time we were there. We saw it all, from the Whitmer farm, to the cabin where Joseph Smith lived, the Palmyra temple and then the sacred grove. Can I just say what a beautiful place this was, so peaceful and calmimg, (I could see how Joseph would go here for answers)It was amazing!
The temple in the back ground.
Christie and me with the strapping young Nephites. The Pageant was really awesome, and of course I cried at the end.
So after we saw all the sights in Palmyra we decided to head for the border, the Canadan border. We went see the Niagra Falls, and yes we got pretty wet. Then headed to Toronto to see the big city.
We went to this tower the CN tower which is suppose to be the tallest one in the world. We went to the top and lets just say I got a little nerves being that high, but they have this glass floor you can walk on and look straight down, it was crazy! We went into the stadium were the cardinals play baseball and they had just played the Yankees that afternoon. After that we mostly drove around, and got lost a few times but we really did get to see Canada! This really was a fun trip and I am so grateful to Ryan for letting me go and staying home with the kids.

Memory lane...

MEMORY LANE- I saw this on my friends blog and thought it would be fun. Here are the directions:
1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember! I guess good or bad, but be nice!!!!!!!
2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. If you don't want to play on your blog, or if you don't have a blog, I'll leave my memory of you in my comments.

Happy 8.

Happy Anniversary!
So Saturday was our 8th anniversary. I was in Palmyra so we were not able to do anything but I wanted to still make it special for him, so I sent him on a little scavenger hunt(and the kids) around the house, yard and the neighbors with little reminder of why I love him. He had fun trying to figure out the clues and to end up with a little surprise at the end.
I could count so many reasons why I love this man but here are eighth of my favorite.
1. He is the best daddy. I love how much he loves our kids. He knows being home all day everyday can take its toll sometimes, so he is always willing to let me get out and do things. Like taking little over nighters here and their to go scrapbook, girls night, or even take a week long trip to Palmyra.
2. He plays the piano and is amazing, also the organ in church. When I first met him he had just finished playing a musical number in our student ward. How can you not fall in love with some one with so much talent.
3.He is soooo down to earth, and nice to everyone.
4. He puts up with all my crap, and never gets made when I have spent money on stupid unnecessary things.
5.I love that he gets such a kick out of those stupid Leslie Nelson movies, or ones like it. He laughs so hard and I love it.
6.love that he had the gut and courage to start his own business and make it successful.
7.I LOVE his green eyes!
8.I love that I was the lucky girl that was able to sit across the alter from him eight years ago and that he choose me.

Ten months and growing.

Addison is now ten months old and can you believe I can do two little pig tails, Crazy! Not only that, she is going to ONE in two months, I am not ready for that. I think I am having a hard time knowing she is my last baby and I just don't want her to grow up so fast. We sure love her!

We have been busy so far this summer, swimming alot! My parents have a pool at there condo so we are there every week. We also had some family in town over the fourth, so had fun hanging out, having BBQ's and the kids loved the fireworks. Ryan bought a big thing of them so we did them over at his parents. Addison was very entertained. This week I am off to Palmyra with my mom and some of Ryan's family. I have never been so I really am lookink forward to see everything. That will be my next post and I will share everything I was able to see and do there. Until then....
