The bloody drive home...

My poor little boy!!! (If you don't like blood don't cont.)
So yesterday we are driving home from Karate and Mckaela starts yelling "mom his nose is bleeding again, (the third one this week) I turn around and it is all down his karate outfit, on the seat belt and running down his chin. I pull over, start grabbing baby wipes but it just kept bleeding. Pitched the nose, chin down but still nothing was stopping it. Called his doctor to see what I should do. They said if it doesn't stop in the next five min. take him to the hospital. I'm already a little frantic by this point but he was doing so great, calm as could be, even Mckaela was being such a big help. Well we ended up going to insta-care and as I am trying to get him out of the car, Mckaela is getting Addison out and we run in, so I get to the desk and the nurse asks did he get hit? No. ok can you fill out this form and do you have a co-pay....seriously!!! I have a little boy with blood running down his face and you want a stupid co-pay, I was a little annoyed!!! Needless to say we finally get back and they were able to get the bleeding to stop with this spray stuff and this little clamp they put on his nose but it lasted for a good fifteen min. What was scary was he was getting all tired looking and pale . I have never seen so much blood before and we went through a whole thing of baby wipes. But again he was awesome the whole time, I think I was about ready to fall to pieces but as you can see he had his cute little smile on and that held me together.

I'm serious about how much blood there was....ALOT!!!

Yuck!!!
So I took the pictures to show daddy all the fun we had on our drive home from Karate.

Nothing can freak me out like blood! Does the doctor say what the reason for so many nosebleeds could be??!!
