Ryan had a business trip in Connecticut and so we thought it would be fun to go a few days early and go to New York. We took the red-eye and since we got there so early we couldn't check into our hotel so we hopped on the train and headed to New Jersey and went to see where Carlos Bakery was. The kids and I love watching cake boss and so I couldn't be this close and not go check it out. Even though we had to stand in line for like an hour we got some yummy treats for the train ride back.
It rained almost the whole time but we managed to still have a great time just walking around the city.
We got to see Wicked. I loved it and Ry thought it was ok:)
Took a ferry over to see the Statue of Liberty. My first time every seeing it up close and It was amazing! (even with a horrible migraine)
Stopped off for some pizza in little Italy
and then ended with a little shopping at Dash...the Kardashians clothing store.
It was really fun just hanging out for a few days in NYC with just the two of us:)

The big 4 year old!
Wow...my baby girl is FOUR and even started preschool today, where does the time go?
So we went to go wake her up and she was laying in bed awake with a big smile on her face:) It was so cute how excited she was for her birthday!
They kids got to pick out something to give her and she loved what they had chosen.
She LOVES Justin Bieber:)
Got a new bike and has been on that thing every minute since.
So this year for her party I just couldn't do another princess party so I came up with a baking theme. The girls each got to decorate a apron, chef hat and a little cake. They all had a ball and I think it was a fun way to celebrate her big day:)
They just look so dang cute!
