fun weekend!!

I just had one of the best weekends and it was just spending time with my brother, how crazy is that? My brother that use to beat me up and tease me endlessly as a child:)
My mom, sister and me flew in to San Fran to meet up with Dave and hang out there for the day. We spent the night there and then we drove into Sacramento where my brother lives and hung out there for the rest of the time.

We took the trolley to the Warf and shopped, walked around for ever and then ate a late lunch at...

On saturday we went out on the Sacramento river in Daves boat and just drove up and down the river for most of the day, and did I mention it was 80 degrees there as it was snowing here. It was so nice and warm. I even got alittle tan:)

We stopped at this little dive and ate the best taco's. It was really cool to just pull the boat over, grab a bit to eat and then we were back on the river.

Saturday night we decided to go dancing and see where Dave really likes to party. It was a pretty cool club, so we got on groove on (i have not danced in years). This is one of Daves BFF "utah" and he was pretty much with us the whole weekend too. Dave has some really great friends that are looking out for him since we are not around! Thanks Utah!!

Well since my mom and I don't drink, Dave thought it would be funny to get a picture with us all holding something. I had the beer...yuck! But he got his picture! My mom had two!!

and we all passed out by the end of the night from exhaution and playing to hard.


I sure had fun getting to see where my brother has lived for the last year and half and getting to meet his friends see where he works, lives and plays. He was a great host and I know it was hard for him to say goodbye when it was time to go. I love you Dave and thanks for a great weekend!! Also for my hubby to stay home and hang with the kids all weekend so I could go.
